These terms govern your use of the Orikon application and the orikon.pro website (the “Service”). By installing the app or creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Orikon is a free companion application for the game Warframe. It reads the image on your screen and shows reference information on top of the game: market prices for items, the state of your collection and farming routes.
Orikon is not affiliated with Digital Extremes Inc., the developer and publisher of Warframe, and is neither endorsed nor sponsored by it. Warframe and all related names and imagery belong to their respective owners. Orikon is an independent community project.
Orikon is likewise unaffiliated with warframe.market. Price data comes from that service's public API and belongs to it.
The app does: capture the screen image for text recognition; read the
game's EE.log file if you choose to enable it; query the public
APIs of warframe.market and community reference services; store your
collection locally and, when sync is on, on our server.
The app does not: read or modify the game process's memory; inject into the game client; perform any in-game actions for you or automate gameplay; modify game files.
You use any third-party software alongside an online game at your own risk. Warframe's rules are set by Digital Extremes and may change at any time. We believe Orikon complies with them, as it does not interfere with gameplay, but we cannot and do not guarantee that using the Service will not result in consequences from the game's publisher. The decision to use the app is yours.
If you connect a warframe.market account, that access is used only for actions you initiate yourself (viewing and posting your own orders, changing your own status). The password and session token are stored only on your computer, encrypted, and are never sent to our servers. Only your ingame name is reported, so it can be shown in the admin panel.
Prices, drop statistics and other reference information are provided “as is”, come from external sources and may be inaccurate or out of date. This is not financial advice. Decisions about in-game trades are yours, and we are not responsible for their outcome.
As of this version the Service is free, and every new account starts with a one-week Premium trial. Some features may become paid later; the terms in force will be published separately, and access you have already paid for will not be restricted retroactively.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for lost profit, lost in-game value or data, or other indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may change these terms. Material changes are published on this page with a new version date; continuing to use the Service after publication means you accept the new version.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. On request to the address below we will delete your account and its data.
